展會概況|Exhibition Background

“低空經濟”是指以民用有人駕駛和無人駕駛航空器為主，以載人、載貨及其他作業等多場景低空飛行活動為牽引，輻射帶動相關領域融合發展的綜合性經濟形態。2024年以來，低空經濟的概念漸熱，我國各地進入產業發展加速期。作為新質生產力的重要代表，低空經濟對區域經濟發展貢獻突出。面對這一潛力巨大的新賽道市場，在相關政策扶持驅動下，低空經濟產業有望持續快速增長。數據顯示，到2025年，中國低空經濟的市場規模預計達到1.5萬億元，到2035年有望達到3.5萬億元。上海作為華東區域無人機產業的發展高地，早在2022年9月上海市就發布《上海打造未來產業創新高地發展壯大未來產業集群行動方案》，將在浦東、楊浦、閔行、金山、松江、青浦、崇明等區域，打造未來空間產業集群。其中，金山區華東無人機基地還作為全國首批民用無人駕駛航空試驗區，占地面積5.5萬平方米，涵蓋制造、應用、材料等各類無人機產業鏈，這都將為低空經濟的快速發展提供沃土。為培育低空經濟新質生產力、構建低空生態發展新格局，打造中國無人機產業的發展高地。在上海市經濟和信息化委員會指導下，經上海市商務委員會批準，由上海市航空學會主辦，上海勵貿展覽服務有限公司、上海勵聞展覽服務有限公司具體承辦的“2025上海國際低空經濟博覽會”定于2025年06月11日-13日在上海新國際博覽中心召開，展出類別涵蓋航空器研發制造、低空飛行基礎設施建設運營、飛行服務保障等各產業與應用場景等。組委會希望此活動的召開為低空經濟從業人士搭建一個專業和富有成效的產品及服務展示、商貿洽談、技術交流的國際平臺，助力低空經濟高質量發展。

"Low-altitude economy" refers to a comprehensive economic form that focuses on civil manned and unmanned aerial vehicles, takes multi-scenario low-altitude flight activities such as manned, cargo and other operations as the traction, and radiates the integrated development of related fields. Since 2024, the concept of low-altitude economy has become hotter, and various parts of China have entered a period of accelerated industrial development. As an important representative of new quality productivity, the low-altitude economy has made outstanding contributions to regional economic development. In the face of this new track market with huge potential, driven by relevant policy support, the low-altitude economic industry is expected to continue to grow rapidly. Data shows that by 2025, the market size of China's low-altitude economy is expected to reach 1.5 trillion yuan, and by 2035, it is expected to reach 3.5 trillion yuan. As the development highland of the UAV industry in East China, Shanghai issued the "Action Plan for Shanghai to Build a Future Industrial Innovation Highland and Develop and Expand Future Industrial Clusters" as early as September 2022, which will build future space industrial clusters in Pudong, Yangpu, Minhang, Jinshan, Songjiang, Qingpu, Chongming and other regions. Among them, the East China UAV base in Jinshan District is also the first batch of civil unmanned aviation test areas in the country, covering an area of 55,000 square meters, covering various UAV industry chains such as manufacturing, applications, and materials, which will provide fertile ground for the rapid development of the low-altitude economy. In order to cultivate new quality productivity of low-altitude economy, build a new pattern of low-altitude ecological development, and create a highland for the development of China's UAV industry. Under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, approved by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, sponsored by the Shanghai Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and organized by Shanghai L&M Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., the "Shanghai International Low-altitude Economy & UAV System Technology EXPO 2025 " is scheduled to be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from June 11 to 13, 2025. The organizing committee hopes that the convening of this event will build an international platform for low-altitude economic practitioners professional for fruitful product and service display, business negotiation and technical exchange, and promote the high-quality development of low-altitude economy.
