l混凝土切割機(jī)使用方法：
1、開機(jī)前應(yīng)檢查各部分螺栓，螺母有無松動；檢查電源、接線有無漏電現(xiàn)象；鋸片旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與防護(hù)罩標(biāo)注方向是否一致，檢查無誤后方可開機(jī)工作。
?2、開機(jī)工作前，水箱應(yīng)注滿水；工作時，應(yīng)及時擰開水管開關(guān)，向鋸片噴水冷卻。
3、切割深度由手輪調(diào)節(jié)，用手輪轉(zhuǎn)動推把前面的手輪，使螺桿絲母旋轉(zhuǎn)升降，于是前輪高低位置改變，鋸片隨之升高或下落。
?4、切割前，鋸片應(yīng)離開地面，鋸片正常運轉(zhuǎn)后，應(yīng)慢慢旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪使機(jī)頭下落，當(dāng)鋸片切刀予定深度后，即可向前推進(jìn)，此時，導(dǎo)向桿應(yīng)先放下，使導(dǎo)向輪著地。
5、切割行進(jìn)時，雙目應(yīng)注視導(dǎo)向輪以掌握切縫方向，雙手推動推把，使導(dǎo)向輪沿予定的切割線前進(jìn)，保證切口的平直性。
?6、由于行進(jìn)過速切割過深或遇到硬物質(zhì)時，電機(jī)因過載使鋸片轉(zhuǎn)速下降，此時應(yīng)停止推進(jìn)或減慢送進(jìn)速度，以保護(hù)電機(jī)、柴油機(jī)、汽油機(jī)和鋸片不受損壞。
