英國(guó)GRIMM格林進(jìn)口自吸泵概述： 

          進(jìn)口自吸泵是根據(jù)英國(guó)格林有關(guān)技術(shù)資料經(jīng)吸收、消化、改進(jìn)后研制而成的節(jié)能泵類產(chǎn)品。該泵屬自吸式離心泵，它具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作方便、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、維護(hù)容易、效率高、壽命長(zhǎng)、并有較強(qiáng)的自吸能力等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。管路中不需安裝底閥，工作前只需保留泵體內(nèi)儲(chǔ)有定量引液即可。因此簡(jiǎn)化了管路系統(tǒng)，又改善了勞動(dòng)條件。

英國(guó)GRIMM格林進(jìn)口自吸泵結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明及工作原理： 

             進(jìn)口自吸泵，主要由泵體、葉輪后蓋、機(jī)械密封、泵軸、軸承座、進(jìn)口閥、氣液分離管、加水閥門(mén)，進(jìn)、排接管等 組成。
          泵的工作原理，該泵均采用軸向回液的泵體。原理由吸入室、儲(chǔ)液室、渦卷室、回液孔、氣液分離室等組成。
          泵正常起動(dòng)后，葉輪將吸入室所存的液體及吸入管路中的空氣一起吸入，并在葉輪內(nèi)得以完全混合，在離心力的作用下，液體夾帶著氣體向渦卷室外緣流動(dòng)，在葉輪的外緣上形成有一定厚度的白色泡沫帶及高速旋轉(zhuǎn)液環(huán)。氣液混合體通過(guò)擴(kuò)散管進(jìn)入氣液分離室。此時(shí)，由于流速突然降低，較輕的氣體從混合氣液中被分離出來(lái)，氣體通過(guò)泵體吐出口繼續(xù)上升排出。脫氣后的液體回到儲(chǔ)液室，并由回流孔再次進(jìn)入葉輪，與葉輪內(nèi)部從吸入管路中吸入的氣體再次混合，在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的葉輪作用下，又流向葉輪外緣??????。隨著這個(gè)過(guò)程周而復(fù)始的進(jìn)行下去，吸入管路中的空氣不斷減少，直到吸盡氣體，完成自吸過(guò)程，泵便投入正常作業(yè)。

           Imported self-priming pump, mainly by pump body, impeller rear cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water valve, intake, discharge pipe and so on.

        The working principle of the pump is that the pump adopts axial return liquid pump. The principle is composed of suction chamber, liquid storage room, scroll chamber, liquid return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber and so on.

        Pump normal starting, the impeller room will suck the liquid suction pipe and the air suction, and can be fully mixed in the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid entrainment from the gas chamber outer scroll flow, the formation of a certain thickness of the white foam and high-speed liquid ring in the impeller on the edge. The gas-liquid mixture passes through the diffusion tube into the gas-liquid separation chamber. At this point, as the flow rate suddenly decreases, the lighter gas is separated from the mixture gas, and the gas continues to rise and discharge through the pump body.
