保存歷史記錄

歷史記錄的保存對(duì)象包括：在線分析結(jié)果和離線分析結(jié)果。

 分析儀有兩種存儲(chǔ)模式，一種是自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)；另一種是手動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)。當(dāng)選擇自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)時(shí)，每次測(cè)試結(jié)束后，儀器會(huì)自動(dòng)保存本次的測(cè)試結(jié)果。當(dāng)選擇手動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)時(shí)，每次開(kāi)始測(cè)試的時(shí)候，儀器都會(huì)有提示信息，詢問(wèn)用戶是否要保存數(shù)據(jù)。如果要保存測(cè)試結(jié)果則按“確定”鍵保存，如果不保存，則按“取消”鍵放棄保存。

常見(jiàn)故障與解除

在儀器使用過(guò)程中，由于很多不可預(yù)測(cè)的原因可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)故障，出現(xiàn)下列現(xiàn)象

時(shí)可以按我們提供的方法排除故障，出現(xiàn)其它現(xiàn)象或下列辦法不能排除的故障時(shí)，請(qǐng)

與我們聯(lián)系。

故障一：

故障現(xiàn)象：

顯示屏出現(xiàn)“UV 燈已過(guò)期”/“泵管已過(guò)期” ；

故障原因：

1） 耗材使用已過(guò)期；

2） 更換耗材后沒(méi)有清空耗材運(yùn)行記錄；

解決方法：

1） 更換耗材；

2） 更換耗材后，清空耗材運(yùn)行時(shí)間；

故障二：

故障現(xiàn)象：

顯示屏空白或出現(xiàn)亂碼。

故障原因：

1）測(cè)試環(huán)境低于 -10 ℃；

2）偶發(fā)的故障；

解決方法：

1）將測(cè)試環(huán)境轉(zhuǎn)移到 0～40℃ 的環(huán)境中；

3）若故障發(fā)生在待機(jī)狀態(tài)，則只需關(guān)機(jī)等待 5 秒后，重新啟動(dòng)即可；

故障三：

故障現(xiàn)象：

打印機(jī)不能打印測(cè)試結(jié)果。

故障原因：

1）測(cè)試環(huán)境低于 0 ℃；

2）缺紙；

3）打印紙安放不到位；

4）偶發(fā)的故障；

解決方法：

1）將測(cè)試環(huán)境轉(zhuǎn)移到 0～40℃ 的環(huán)境中；

2） 查看打印機(jī)是否缺紙，若缺紙則按打印機(jī)的使用手冊(cè)安裝新的打印紙；

3）對(duì)于偶發(fā)故障，則只需關(guān)機(jī)等待 5 秒后，重新啟動(dòng)即可。

故障四：

故障現(xiàn)象：

儀器顯示被測(cè)樣品是明顯電導(dǎo)率超標(biāo)，且TOC 顯示為 0.000 mg/L ;

故障原因：

1） 管路沖洗不夠徹底 ；

2） 被測(cè)樣品電導(dǎo)率嚴(yán)重超標(biāo) ,大于 10 μs/cm；

3） 管路堵塞，液體流速明顯減慢 ；

4） 進(jìn)液口的輸入管在液面之上 ；

解決方法：

1） 延長(zhǎng)沖洗時(shí)間；

2） 更換樣品液；

3） 檢查輸入和輸出的特氟龍管路，查看是否有死彎或異物堵塞；

4） 將進(jìn)液口的輸入管路伸入到樣品液之下。

二氧化碳傳感器

儀器上安裝有兩個(gè)二氧化碳傳感器，由電導(dǎo)率傳感器和溫度傳感器組成。電導(dǎo)率測(cè)量采用雙精度技術(shù)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)校準(zhǔn)和溫度補(bǔ)償。TIC傳感器用于檢測(cè)未經(jīng)氧化的水樣中二氧化碳濃度，同時(shí)檢測(cè)水樣的電導(dǎo)率值；TC傳感器用于檢測(cè)水樣本身含有的二氧化碳和水樣中有機(jī)物經(jīng)分解后產(chǎn)生的二氧化碳濃度的總和。

氧化反應(yīng)器

儀器利用UV射線在二氧化鈦光催化劑的作用下將有機(jī)化合物氧化成二氧化碳，氧化反應(yīng)器是一個(gè)UV燈外包螺旋形的石英管。UV燈發(fā)出185nm和254nm的光線，使水產(chǎn)生光分解。

羥基自由基（OH?）能完全把有機(jī)化合物氧化為二氧化碳。

有機(jī)物  OH?? CO2 H2O

UV燈的使用壽命為6個(gè)月，當(dāng)更換時(shí)間到期時(shí)儀器將出現(xiàn)警告信息，提醒用戶更換UV燈。

運(yùn)行要求

? 交流電源：170～260 V，頻率：50/60 Hz ；

? 分析儀的量程是：電導(dǎo)率< 10.0 us/cm ；TOC < 1.0 PPM 。如果水樣中的無(wú)

機(jī)碳或有機(jī)碳濃度超出了儀器的檢測(cè)范圍，需使用高純水或有機(jī)碳濃度較

低的去離子水沖洗管路。

在線檢測(cè)裝置

進(jìn)入儀器內(nèi)部后水樣的流速大約為0.5 ml/min。進(jìn)入在線檢測(cè)裝置的水樣溫度可以在1～95℃范圍內(nèi)，儀器的廢液和在線檢測(cè)裝置的排出液均由排液管排出。

離線檢測(cè)

離線檢測(cè)時(shí)，儀器可從樣品瓶或其它沒(méi)有壓力的容器直接取樣。儀器管路沖洗和儀器校準(zhǔn)應(yīng)在離線狀態(tài)操作。若樣品中有不可溶性微粒，應(yīng)經(jīng)過(guò)濾膜（孔徑60μm或更小）過(guò)濾后進(jìn)入儀器，以防止樣品中的微粒阻塞儀器。儀器的進(jìn)樣管為1/16英寸的Teflon管，經(jīng)蠕動(dòng)泵抽進(jìn)管路中的水樣流速約為0.5 ml/min。

Operational requirements

The range of the analyzer is: conductivity<10.0 us/cm; TOC < 1.0 PPM。If there is none in the water sample

The concentration of organic carbon or organic carbon exceeds the detection range of the instrument and requires the use of high-purity water or organic carbon with a lower concentration

Rinse the pipeline with low deionized water.

The ambient temperature for instrument operation is between 5℃and 40℃.

Online detection device

The flow rate of the water sample after entering the instrument is approximately 0.5 ml/min. The temperature of the water sample entering the online detection device can be within the range of 1-95℃, and the waste liquid of the instrument and the discharge liquid of the online detection device are both discharged through the discharge pipe.

Offline detection

When conducting offline testing, the instrument can directly sample from sample bottles or other containers without pressure. Instrument pipeline flushing and instrument calibration should be operated offline. If there are insoluble particles in the sample, they should be filtered through a filter membrane (with a pore size of 60μm or smaller) before entering the instrument to prevent particles from blocking the instrument. The injection tube of the instrument is a 1/16 inch Teflon tube, and the flow rate of the water sample drawn into the pipeline by a peristaltic pump is about 0.5 ml/min.
