結(jié)構(gòu)原理及性能特點(diǎn)：

1、主要由升壓系統(tǒng)、測量系統(tǒng)、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、放電系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成；

2、計(jì)算機(jī)---A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器---測量控制系統(tǒng)---調(diào)壓裝置---升壓變壓器---試樣；

3、高壓變壓器主要產(chǎn)生試樣所需的直流電壓；

4、調(diào)壓器用于調(diào)節(jié)升壓變壓器輸入端電壓以產(chǎn)生高壓所需的輸入電壓；

5、電壓測量主要是從高壓變壓器測量端測量，高壓變壓器測量端和高壓端是線性的；

6、放電系統(tǒng)在試驗(yàn)做完以后放電，以免產(chǎn)生放電對人身的危害；（當(dāng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，機(jī)器部件仍可能存在殘留的高電壓，此殘留電壓足以對人產(chǎn)生致命的傷害，配備此棒，完好的解決此安全隱患）。

適用范圍：

   主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、層壓材料、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等絕緣材料及絕緣件）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測試。

   由電腦控制，是我公司自主研發(fā)的全新第三代介電擊穿檢測儀器，電子控制系統(tǒng)是通過西門子PLC控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集方式通過光電隔離，有效解決試驗(yàn)過程中的抗干擾問題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠?qū)崟r(shí)顯示動(dòng)態(tài)曲線，同時(shí)升壓速率無級(jí)可調(diào)，可以根據(jù)自己的需要進(jìn)行升壓速率調(diào)節(jié)，調(diào)節(jié)范圍在10V-5000V/S，處于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位（國內(nèi)唯一能達(dá)到此功能的廠家），使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確，并能夠準(zhǔn)確測出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。可實(shí)時(shí)繪制試驗(yàn)曲線，顯示試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準(zhǔn)確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。

本系統(tǒng)能夠自動(dòng)判別試樣擊穿并采集擊穿電壓數(shù)據(jù)及泄露電流，同時(shí)能夠在擊穿的瞬間電壓迅速降低自動(dòng)歸零。軟件系統(tǒng)操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定，安全可靠。

安全保護(hù)：

   電擊穿試驗(yàn)儀具有比較完善的安全防護(hù)措施：

1、門限位保護(hù)：不關(guān)門，即使通電點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)開始，設(shè)備無任何反應(yīng)，軟件有:安全門未關(guān)閉提示。

2、電壓歸零保護(hù)：如果在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，突然斷電，下次開機(jī)后，會(huì)自動(dòng)回到零位，保證初始電壓為 在零位

3、終止電壓保護(hù)：可以通過軟件設(shè)定終止電壓，保證在升壓過程中如果出現(xiàn)異常升到指定的電壓后，自動(dòng)終止并歸零

4、高壓機(jī)械限位：如果軟件系統(tǒng)失去控制，電壓繼續(xù)往上升，到高壓限位后自動(dòng)歸零

5、如果在擊穿后未判停，通過過流保護(hù)器采集數(shù)據(jù)保證電壓自動(dòng)歸零

safeguard:

The electric breakdown tester has relatively complete safety protection measures:
