電壓擊穿試驗(yàn)儀,由電腦控制,通過(guò)我公司自主研發(fā)的全新智能數(shù)字集成電路系統(tǒng)與軟件控制系統(tǒng)兩部分來(lái)完成,使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確,并能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。
本儀器在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可對(duì)升壓擊穿過(guò)程繪制實(shí)時(shí)曲線,每次試驗(yàn)的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成,試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可疊加對(duì)比材料的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性。可以隨時(shí)調(diào)取當(dāng)前及歷史試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行查看,編輯及修改實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

操作步驟:
1、試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備:
1)打開(kāi)試驗(yàn)機(jī)右側(cè)的總電源開(kāi)關(guān),預(yù)熱15分鐘。
2)打開(kāi)計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)入Windows系統(tǒng)。雙擊本儀器軟件的快捷圖標(biāo)打開(kāi)試驗(yàn)登錄界面輸入登錄密碼即可進(jìn)入試驗(yàn)界面。
2、交直流試驗(yàn)的切換
1)本儀器高壓輸出為交流電壓。直流的獲得方式為在原回路中串入高壓硅堆,使測(cè)試回路為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。實(shí)現(xiàn)的過(guò)程為,硅堆已經(jīng)在高壓變壓器的高壓絕緣塔中,平時(shí)用一個(gè)短路桿把高壓硅堆短接。需要直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),取出短路桿,使高壓硅堆接入測(cè)試電路中,這時(shí)回路的電壓為脈動(dòng)的直流電壓。
2)前面板直流交流選擇按鈕。該按鈕的狀態(tài)不能改變?cè)O(shè)備輸出的電壓性質(zhì)。按下該按鈕,設(shè)備僅僅是把直流報(bào)警電路接入。指示用戶,當(dāng)打開(kāi)箱門(mén)時(shí),您需要對(duì)高壓均壓球放電。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)放電桿,使放電桿的端部銅球接觸高壓均壓球。建議用戶每次放電銅球接觸高壓均壓球時(shí)間大于五秒。
3)試驗(yàn)的交直流電壓切換,主要取決于高壓絕緣塔中的短路桿是否取出。當(dāng)取出短路桿時(shí),高壓均壓球上的電壓為直流電壓,插入短路桿時(shí),高壓均壓球上的電壓為交流電壓。短路桿的取出、插入?yún)⒖醋髠?cè)的示意圖。
4)在直流試驗(yàn)時(shí),計(jì)算機(jī)也要選擇直流狀態(tài),否則測(cè)的結(jié)果是不正確的。簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō),交流電壓與直流電壓有倍的關(guān)系。

During the test, the instrument can draw a real-time curve for the voltage rise and breakdown process. The voltage rise curve of each test is composed of different colors. Passwords can be set for the software and password protection can be generated, so that special personnel can operate it to avoid misoperation by irrelevant personnel. The test results can be printed after editing and modification, which is more user-friendly.

Operation steps:
1. Preparation before test:
1) Turn on the main power switch on the right side of the tester and preheat for 15 minutes.
2) Turn on the computer and enter the Windows system. Double-click the shortcut icon of the instrument software to open the test login interface and enter the login password to enter the test interface.
2. Switching of AC and DC test
1) The high voltage output of this instrument is AC voltage. The DC is obtained by serializing the high-voltage silicon stack in the original circuit, so that the test circuit is a pulsating DC voltage. The realization process is that the silicon stack is already in the high-voltage insulation tower of the high-voltage transformer, and the high-voltage silicon stack is usually short-circuited with a short circuit pole. When DC test is required, take out the short circuit rod and connect the high voltage silicon pile into the test circuit. At this time, the circuit voltage is pulsating DC voltage.
2) Front panel DC AC selection button. The status of this button cannot change the nature of the output voltage of the device. Press this button to connect the DC alarm circuit. Instruct the user that you need to discharge the high-voltage equalizing ball when opening the box door. Turn the discharge rod so that the copper ball at the end of the discharge rod contacts the high-voltage equalizing ball. It is recommended that the user contact the high voltage equalizing ball for more than five seconds each time.
3) The AC/DC voltage switching of the test mainly depends on whether the short circuit pole in the high-voltage insulation tower is taken out. When the short-circuit bar is taken out, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is DC voltage; when the short-circuit bar is inserted, the voltage on the high-voltage equalizing ball is AC voltage. Refer to the schematic diagram on the left for the removal and insertion of the short circuit rod.
