特點(diǎn)：

 本儀器符合ISO75-1974，ISO306-1974，GB1633-79，GB1634-79標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，可實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)顯示、控溫、測(cè)量等功能。

安裝與操作說(shuō)明：

 試驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備工作。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)類型選擇試驗(yàn)壓頭，熱變形為圓角壓頭，維卡為針型壓頭。將所需的壓頭與負(fù)載桿固定好。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)類型和試樣的尺寸計(jì)算載荷：a、熱變形試驗(yàn)：根據(jù)試樣的尺寸，選取載荷b、維卡試驗(yàn)：只有兩種規(guī)定的負(fù)荷A法9.81N 即1000g B法 49.05N即5000g 砝碼的選配見(jiàn)（9）砝碼質(zhì)量表 打開(kāi)攪拌電機(jī)電源，指示燈亮，攪拌電機(jī)工作，攪拌速度可以通過(guò)攪拌電機(jī)控制盒上的旋鈕調(diào)節(jié)（溫度高時(shí)用慢速，溫度低時(shí)用快速），按照以上指定的程序檢查電氣，無(wú)誤后繼續(xù)做下面的工作。 安裝試樣 將試樣架抬（升）出油面，將熱變形試樣放在支撐架上（維卡試樣放在平面上），放下負(fù)載桿，將試樣壓緊。 將試樣架放（降）回油池內(nèi)，將相應(yīng)質(zhì)量的砝碼放在托盤(pán)上。要求砝碼放正。 將千分表固定在砝碼上方，使千分表內(nèi)芯懸于砝碼之上，內(nèi)芯上端有2-5mm的空間。 升溫速率設(shè)定：共有兩檔升溫速率，120℃/h，50℃/h。每次試驗(yàn)時(shí)需要對(duì)千分表進(jìn)行調(diào)零，方可進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，調(diào)零時(shí)輕輕旋動(dòng)旋鈕，使千分表置于零區(qū)，預(yù)置3-5分鐘。 啟動(dòng)工作：當(dāng)一切準(zhǔn)備工作就緒后，試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始。 試驗(yàn)結(jié)束，記錄下溫度；移開(kāi)千分表及砝碼，抬（升）起試驗(yàn)架，取下試樣。注意不要把試樣誤入油池。 降溫采用氣冷或水冷，也可自然冷卻。冷卻時(shí)，可抬起或?qū)⒃嚇蛹軡撊胗统亍?關(guān)閉主機(jī)電源、攪拌電機(jī)電源。

Installation and operation instructions:

Preparation work before the experiment. Select the test pressure head according to the test type, with rounded pressure head for thermal deformation and needle pressure head for Vicat. Secure the required pressure head with the load rod. Calculate the load based on the type of test and the size of the sample: a. Thermal deformation test: Select the load based on the size of the sample. b. Vicat test: There are only two specified loads: A method 9.81N, which is 1000g, B method 49.05N, which is 5000g. The selection of weights is shown in (9) Weight quality table. Turn on the power supply of the mixing motor, the indicator light is on, and the mixing motor works, The mixing speed can be adjusted through the knob on the mixing motor control box (use slow speed when the temperature is high, and use fast speed when the temperature is low). Check the electrical system according to the specified procedure above, and continue with the following work once there are no errors. Install the sample and lift the sample holder out of the oil surface. Place the thermal deformation sample on the support bracket (Vicat sample on a flat surface), lower the load rod, and press the sample tightly. Place (lower) the sample holder back into the oil tank and place the corresponding weight on the tray. Require the weights to be placed upright. Fix the dial gauge above the weight, so that the inner core of the dial gauge is suspended above the weight, with a space of 2-5mm at the upper end of the inner core. Heating rate setting: There are two heating rates, 120 ℃/h and 50 ℃/h. During each test, the dial indicator needs to be zeroed before the test can be conducted. Gently rotate the knob to set the dial indicator in the zero zone and preset for 3-5 minutes. Start work: When all preparations are ready, the experiment begins. After the experiment, record the temperature; Remove the dial gauge and weight, lift (lift) the test stand, and remove the sample. Be careful not to accidentally drop the sample into the oil pool. Air cooling or water cooling or Free cooling is adopted for cooling. When cooling, the sample holder can be lifted or submerged into the oil pool. Turn off the power supply of the host and mixing motor.
