海綿落球回彈試驗儀  適用范圍及功能：

適用于測定軟質聚氨酯泡沫塑料的落球式回彈性能.

具有一定質量和直徑的鋼球，從固定高度下落到試樣表面，測量鋼球彈起的高度，計算鋼球彈起高度與下落高度比值的百分率。該機采用微處理器進行控制，液晶中文顯示，并可打印試驗數據。該機具有使用安全、可靠、測量精度高等特點。

A steel ball with a certain mass and diameter falls from a fixed height to the surface of the sample, measures the bounce height of the steel ball, and calculates the percentage of the ratio of the bounce height of the steel ball to the drop height. The machine is controlled by microprocessor, LCD Chinese display, and can print test data. The machine is safe, reliable and has high measurement accuracy.

實驗步驟

將調節后的試樣水平置于回彈儀的測試位置上，通過調節使鋼球底部從固定位置到泡沫塑料表面的落下高度為460mm。在釋放裝置上固定鋼球，然后使鋼球自由落下。對每一個試樣做三次回彈，取三次回彈中的最大值。每次回彈鋼球應落在試樣表面的同一位置上，并且兩次回彈的時間間隔應控制在20s之內。如果鋼球在回彈過程中碰到或彈出測量裝置，所得數據無效，需重新補做。

Experimental steps

Place the adjusted sample horizontally on the test position of the rebound tester, and adjust the drop height of the bottom of the steel ball from the fixed position to the foam plastic surface to 460mm. Fix the steel ball on the release device, and then let the steel ball fall freely. Rebound each sample three times, and take the maximum value of the three rebounds. Each rebound steel ball shall fall on the same position on the sample surface, and the time interval between two rebounds shall be controlled within 20s. If the steel ball encounters or pops out of the measuring device during the rebound process, the obtained data is invalid and needs to be made up again.

海綿泡沫塑料落球回彈測試儀通過標準規定直徑和質量的鋼球在規定高度上自由落在海綿泡沫塑料試樣上，自動計算鋼球回彈的最大高度與鋼球落下高度比值的百分率（既回彈率），以回彈率表示泡沫塑料的回彈性能。

The falling ball resilience tester for sponge foam plastics automatically calculates the percentage of the ratio of the maximum height of steel ball resilience to the falling height of steel ball (i.e. resilience) by letting steel balls with the specified diameter and quality fall freely on the sponge foam plastic sample at the specified height, and shows the resilience of foam plastics with the resilience rate.
